Chemistry Semester 2: Final Exam
The Final Exam in this class is the Michigan Secondary Credit Examination for Chemistry.
Exam Grades will be based on achieving the Department of Education recommended passing rate of 70%
(For Example - correctly answering 70% of the questions = 100% recorded in Powerschool as your Exam score)
Questions not presented in class during the year will be excluded from the exam

Resources to be used when taking the Final Exam
- Students are expected to bring and use all notes received during the year and a calculator when taking the exam.
- Students will be provided a copy of the periodic table for use during the exam.
- Please practice using these resources as you review for the exam so you can find information and perform calculations effectively.

Chemistry Students will begin their exam preparations on Friday, May 24th. Students will be introduced to the exam review resources on the Chemistry Exam Web Page, and be given a copy of a "Sample" Chemistry Exam. Students are expected to follow the guidance given in class, and to begin preparing for the Exam.

Wednesday, June 5 - normal class schedule - answering all final questions

Monday, June 10: Two 90 minute exams starting at 8 am, students excused at 11:15 am
